Lee joined Rothmans in May 2025 as a Bookkeeper and brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience from the travel industry, including operating at Managing Director level within a leading tour operator. Throughout his career, Lee has maintained a strong involvement in the financial management of businesses, developing practical expertise in management accounts, ledgers, VAT compliance, and regulatory reporting.

Lee’s move into practice has allowed him to apply this hands-on financial experience to support a wide range of clients with accurate, timely, and insightful financial information, drawing on both strategic oversight and detailed operational knowledge.

Originally from the Cotswolds, Lee moved to the New Forest in 2014 with his young family. Outside of work, he’s a keen nature enthusiast, often spending weekends exploring the heath in search of all manner of wildlife. Lee is also a devoted supporter of the “Mighty Yellows” — and that’s Oxford United, not Brazil!
